🚫 Unsubscribed
People who opted out of marketing emails, through the link in every email or by replying “unsubscribe”. Campaigns and stream reminders skip them automatically; order and account emails still go out. When someone replies “unsubscribe”, add their address here.

Uploaded Emails
Email lists imported from files. These contacts stay separate from the client lists — they only receive email marketing. Upload a CSV with an email column (a name column is optional).

🔥 Sale Banners
Put a product on sale and we’ll auto-build a promo slide — the product’s picture, its regular price, your sale price and the % off. Pick where it shows (customer catalog, distributor catalog, reps or the rewards page) and it goes live on the slider.
